Shawn Reichel Daus

Shawn holds a Juris Doctorate degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York City. While studying for the bar, she worked in the Corporate Sales and Services Department for Vail and Beaver Creek Mountains. Shawn passed the bar and obtained her license to practice law in the State of Colorado (which she still maintains today), yet she decided to continue planning private group programs and events.

The opportunity to create the Group Sales and Services Department at the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort brought Shawn to Jackson Hole, Wyoming, where she has lived ever since. After 20 years managing private group and event business at JHMR, Shawn seized the opportunity to start her own group travel and private event company and Destination Connection was founded.

Shawn is a three term elected official on the Teton Village Improvement Service District Board. She also serves as the president of the ¡DALE Munger! board, supporting dual English/Spanish language education in Jackson Hole.

Shawn grew up in Livingston, New Jersey, attended Lehigh University and graduated with a BS in Communication from Boston University.
